Capital Equipment Sales Mastery: A proven track record of success in high-value CNC machine tool sales (milling, turning, or grinding), with the ability to navigate long sales cycles and negotiate with C-suite executives.
Advanced Technical Aptitude: A deep understanding of metal-cutting processes, CNC programming, and automated manufacturing workflows.
Automation & Digital Vision: Experience or interest in promoting integrated automation solutions, including robotics, pallet systems, and digital twin technology.
Strategic Territory Management: The drive to identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding high-value regional accounts.
Road Warrior Mentality: Readiness for a rigorous 80% travel schedule within your assigned territory to conduct on-site assessments, attend trade shows, and lead showroom demonstrations.

Automation Integration: Actively sell and promote integrated robotics and digital factory solutions to help customers achieve fully automated "lights-out" manufacturing.
Turnkey Solution Upselling: Maximize revenue by providing comprehensive turnkey solutions, including high-performance tooling, work holding, and peripheral accessories.
Technical Market Collaboration: Partner with application engineers to deliver high-impact technical presentations and live machine demonstrations that highlight precision and efficiency.
