We are seeking a data-driven quality expert who brings:
Automotive System Expertise: 4-7 years of experience within an IATF 16949 system, with a firm grasp of automotive quality standards and compliance requirements.
Advanced Problem Solving: Mastery of Root Cause Analysis and the ability to independently complete and implement comprehensive 8D corrective actions.
Technical Documentation Mastery: Proven experience developing and maintaining PFMEAs, Control Plans, and Capability Studies to ensure process stability.
Data & SPC Utilization: Background in the implementation and utilization of Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and improve shop floor performance.
Blueprint & GD&T Fluency: Expert ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, applying a deep understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Key Responsibilities:
- Corrective & Preventative Action: Administer internal and external CAPA processes, ensuring that quality issues are identified, resolved, and prevented from recurring.
- Process Parameter Development: Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and refine process parameters that ensure product quality and production efficiency.
- Shop Floor SPC Implementation: Actively implement and monitor SPC protocols on the manufacturing floor to maintain tight control over production quality.
- Lean & Continuous Improvement: Utilize Lean manufacturing methods to identify waste and recommend innovative solutions for quality enhancement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Make consistent, rational quality decisions based on objective data analysis and statistical reporting.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with MeasureLink software is welcomed but not required.
