A Project Manager is needed for a manufacturing company considered one of the world's leading innovators in materials science in the CITY, STATE area. This role is responsible for tracking schedules, budgets, and materials while facilitating communication across departments to ensure projects stay on track.

responsibilities:
- Provides direction and oversight to a project team to ensure all objectives are successfully met.
- Organizes interdepartmental activities to maintain project schedules and stay within budget constraints.
- Tracks the entire material lifecycle from initial ordering and arrival to final installation.
- Plans and monitors project progress from the initiation phase through to final completion.
- Identifies and reports project issues to the team and assists in implementing effective solutions.
- Maintains and updates project tracking tools specifically for financial and timeline management.
- Coordinates and organizes project meetings and prepares necessary presentation materials.
- Applies standard project management skills and tools to resolve routine scheduling and budget problems.
- Follows detailed instructions to complete assignments while under the supervision of senior leadership.
- Serves as a primary point of contact for the immediate project team and internal professionals.
- Requires basic understanding and application of standard project management skills & tools.
- Requires the ability to develop and resolve solutions to routine budget and scheduling problems of limited scope.
- Work is monitored and assignments are given with specific, detailed instructions.
- Contacts are primarily with immediate project team or leaders, or other professionals in a similar group.
- Experience with MicroSoft Excel,
- Power Point, Project and
- Power BI.
- BS Desired in Business related or technical field.
- 1-3 Years of experience.
