Our client in Tualatin, OR is seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continually improving the integrated Quality and EHS management systems for global compliance, ensuring objectives for ISO certification (9001, 14001, 45001) are met through audits, training, and corrective action follow-up.
Required:
Bachelor's degree and demonstrated expertise in promoting and enforcing environmental compliance and quality conformance. Candidates must also be proficient in data collection and analysis, possess excellent time-management and organizational skills, and have the ability to work independently with advocacy, influence, and negotiation skills.
Preferred qualifications include Project Management certification (PMP or Agile) and a Professional ISO Lead Auditor certification.

responsibilities:
- ISO Management Systems Expertise and Support: Act as the subject matter expert on ISO management systems to support the company's ISO certification objectives (specifically ISO 9001, 14001, & 45001).
- Compliance and Process Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain global compliance processes and workflows, working with quality, EHS, and technical teams to ensure systems are ISO compliant.
- Documentation and Improvement: Collaborate with teams to document processes and correct discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement of the integrated Quality and EHS Management Systems.
- Auditing and Follow-up: Support and participate in internal and external ISO conformance audits, formally recording results and ensuring timely and adequate corrective and preventive actions are documented and followed up on.
- Training and Metrics: Provide management systems controls training (quality, EHS, compliance) and assist in establishing management systems' metrics.
