Our client is seeking a Virtual Construction Coordinator to support BIM/VDC operations across multiple commercial construction projects in Virginia (Richmond, Southwest VA, Hampton Roads). This role is highly hands-on and will split time between the Richmond office and project sites.
This position is ideal for a BIM/VDC professional who enjoys coordination, field collaboration, and driving digital construction processes on active projects.

responsibilities:
- Lead BIM/VDC coordination including modeling, clash detection, and constructability reviews
- Create and manage 3D models to support project coordination, logistics, RFIs, and field execution
- Facilitate coordination meetings with designers, subcontractors, and project teams
- Support field teams through site visits, shop drawing reviews, and installation verification
- Produce BIM deliverables including as-builts, reports, quantity takeoffs, and 4D/visualization outputs
- 3+ years of BIM/VDC experience in commercial construction
- Hands-on proficiency with Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, InfraWorks, and Bluebeam
- Ability to work onsite in Richmond and travel to project sites (no remote)
