Our client is expanding its Risk Management team and seeking a Risk Management Specialist to support commercial construction insurance programs, claims administration, subcontractor compliance, and internal risk operations. This role will work closely with the Risk Manager and serve as a key operational and analytical support resource across active projects.
This is a growth opportunity for a construction insurance professional who wants long-term stability and ownership in building out a new role within a respected general contractor.

responsibilities:
- Manage Builder's Risk, SDI, CCIP and General Liability insurance reporting, invoicing, and program administration
- Support claims processing and risk program operations in partnership with the Risk Manager
- Review, track, and enforce subcontractor insurance compliance and COIs
- Manage subcontractor onboarding, prequalification documentation, and compliance systems (CMiC/SmartBid)
- Conduct site visits related to claims investigations and coordinate with project teams and external partners
- Commercial construction insurance / risk management experience (SDI, CCIP/CSIP, Builder's Risk, GL)
- 3 years of industry experience preferred
- 3 years of industry experience preferred
- Communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Detail-oriented, process-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
