A Program Manager for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Franklin, TN area.This position strategically leads a portfolio of projects by balancing budgets, risks, and stakeholder interests to deliver high-level business objectives.

responsibilities:
- Orchestrates multiple projects to achieve overarching program goals.
- Develops and implements comprehensive schedules from inception to final delivery.
- Defines and reports on program roadmaps, progress, and success metrics.
- Identifies, monitors, and mitigates potential program risks.
- Optimizes cost, performance, and scheduling efficiency.
- Establishes and manages program budgets.
- Facilitates seamless communication and coordination across different project teams.
- Manages stakeholder expectations and ensures high satisfaction levels.
- Monitors industry trends and internal processes to adapt program strategy.
