Top construction firm in Maitland, FL is looking to add a Project Controls Specialist to the team. This individual needs to be detail-oriented, proficient in Oracle Primavera P6 and will be the backbone of project execution, ensuring that the cost management systems, complex schedules, and financial reporting are accurate, integrated, and actionable. This is an onsite role, with travel involved as needed.

responsibilities:
- Project Scheduling & Planning: Develop and manage Level 1-3 schedules in P6, including logic ties, resource loading, and progress documentation to ensure milestone alignment.
- Financial Control & Budgeting: Validate WBS/CBS structures and track budgets against purchase orders, subcontracts, and cash flow forecasts to maintain fiscal health.
- Data Systems & Reporting: Maintain a cost management data warehouse and Enterprise Planning software to integrate SAP/P6 data into actionable program control reports.
- Change & Contract Administration: Manage upstream and downstream change orders, maintaining meticulous logs to document impacts on project costs and forecasts.
- Quality Assurance & Integration: Conduct quality inspections on project deliverables and distribute validated reports to ensure data integrity across the program.
