A EHS Administrator is needed for a multinational corporation that produces mirrors as well as a variety of construction, high-performance, and other materials in the Worcester, MA area. This role provides administrative and technical support to the environmental, health, and safety team within a manufacturing environment while managing compliance documentation, data entry, and facility-wide training gaps.

responsibilities:
- Update Safety Data Sheets, procedures, and process documents to maintain compliance.
- Document safety and environmental incidents and record subsequent corrective actions.
- Perform timely data entry for all Safety Risk Assessments completed by teams.
- Collaborate with plant supervision to perform Toxic Risk Assessments on chemical inventory.
- Conduct various forms of data entry to keep policies and procedures current.
- Assist the EHS team with event planning, setup, and breakdown.
- Provide administrative support including filing, photocopying, and recordkeeping.
- Schedule employee appointments with occupational health vendors for tests and physicals.
- Manage and organize company inventory such as swag, storage closets, and files.
- Work across all departments to resolve issues and provide general assistance.
- Manage facility training gaps and maintain the recording database.
- Assist in holding management accountable for closing workforce skill gaps.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the team.
- Associate degree in Business or a related field of study.
- Enrollment in a degree program is acceptable for current students.
- Two or more years of preferred administrative experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Competence in technical capacity, collaboration, and professional credibility.
- strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to assist internal and external partners.
- Ability to operate effectively within a team environment to maintain colleague relationships.
