Seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer for a large food processor in Denison, IA. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Engineering Project Management in a manufacturing environment (equipment upgrades, automation, etc.), AutoCAD (plant layout, tooling, etc.), Production Line Modifications from conception to execution, Budget Management, and installation. May require up to 50% travel to other plants in the United States. Food and/or meat industry experience is highly preferred.

- Drives continuous improvement through data analysis, design innovation, and implementation of optimization or cost-saving projects.
- Develops engineering designs including as-built drawings, material specifications, and cost estimates for CAPEX projects
- Manages projects from concept through implementation including vendor management, testing, and commissioning.
