Senior Proposal Specialist, fully remote contract opportunity, supporting our construction client in the public sector and federal industries. This role will help support the RFQ/RFP business development efforts in the west and southwest geographies. You will coordinate, develop, and deliver high-quality responses to public sector solicitations.

responsibilities:
- Development of RFQ/RFP for public sector opportunities, including state and local government contracts
- Research, write, and submit proposals for both public and private sector projects
- Maintain the proposal template library and document control systems to ensure consistency across all submissions.
- Participate in proposal review meetings with cross-functional teams to refine content and improve the quality of final deliverables.
- Develop and manage detailed proposal schedules to ensure timely delivery of compliant and competitive final documents.
- Approximately 5 or more years of experience in proposal writing, ideally within the energy services or construction industries.
- Demonstrated understanding of public sector procurement processes.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to synthesize technical information into compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with RFP management tools like Responsive (RFPIO).
