Engineering firm in Denver, CO is looking to add a Pipeline CAD Drafter to the team. In this role, you will be the bridge between conceptual engineering and final construction, transforming rough ideas into high-quality 2D and 3D technical deliverables for complex mechanical and piping systems. Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation is strongly preferred. This is an onsite role.

responsibilities:
- Multidisciplinary Drafting: Develop and revise 2D/3D mechanical and piping deliverables, including P&IDs, equipment layouts, and isometric drawings.
- Design Translation: Convert engineering sketches, redlines, and verbal briefs into accurate, scale-ready CAD models and construction documents.
- Standards & Compliance: Ensure all drawings meet industry, client, and project-specific CAD standards and configurations.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous QC checks on peer drawings to verify technical accuracy, completeness, and adherence to protocols.
- Project Lifecycle Support: Manage CAD data organization while executing rapid design revisions across multiple simultaneous projects.
