In this role you will lead the on-site facilitation of manufacturing and site-specific training programs, delivering hands-on instruction and support, managing learning logistics, and enhancing training materials to ensure quality knowledge transfer in alignment with company values.

responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate comprehensive on-site training programs for new hires and existing employees, including hands-on demonstrations in classroom and manufacturing floor settings.
- Provide instructional support as a secondary instructor to ensure ratios and deliver personalized coaching and troubleshooting assistance.
- Manage the setup, maintenance, and teardown of learning spaces, coordinating with the Training Coordinator for session scheduling and classroom readiness.
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure consistent course quality and effective knowledge transfer across all programs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) policies to effectively facilitate EH&S-owned courses within new hire training.
- Support administrative tasks, including tracking assignments and accurately entering completion data into the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Review existing training materials and recommend adjustments based on stakeholder feedback to continuously enhance facilitation and program effectiveness.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment in all programs in alignment with company core values.
