responsibilities:
Your Role:
- Lead daily operations, ensuring production targets are met with top-notch quality standards
- Develop and execute production schedules, manage inventory, and optimize workflow
- Foster a safety-first culture and enforce protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and resolve issues
- Oversee building maintenance and IT/network issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor and motivate team members to achieve their full potential
- Proven ops management experience in a production environment
- Manufacturing process knowledge and quality control standards
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Leadership experience with clear communication and motivational skills
- Technical proficiency in manufacturing software and data analysis tools
