responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and preform preventative maintenance on complex water purification systesm, ensuring all installations are completed within two weeks of site readiness
- Conduct system qualifications and validations to ensure equipment meets strict regulatory and operational standards
- Respond to emergency service requests within a 24-hour onsite window, adhering to a 2-hour callback protocol for urgent clinical needs
- Manage a precise service schedule to ensure all maintenance is performed within the due month while providing backup support to neighboring territories as needed
- Document all technical work with high accuracy, closing work orders daily and providing customers with detailed service and meter verification reports
- Maintain a physical consignment inventory according to standard operating procedures, ensuring parts accuracy and staying within value limits
- Calibrate and maintain specialized tools and test equipment, including meteres and power tools, to ensure perfromance and safety
- Collaborate on custom-engineered installations in partnership with the management and custom systems teams
- Execute administrative duties including the submission of bi-weekly expense reports and the maintenance of internal scheduling visability
- Adhere to stricty site protocols, including vendor credentialing, background checks, and immunization requirements for healthcare and labratory environment
- Operate and travel frequently to various customer sites, maintaining a clean driving record
