We are searching for a Fluidics Engineer in Atlanta, GA (Midtown) to work for an industry-leading company. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering from an ABET accredited program, and have a solid foundation in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and electromechanical systems.
This is a contract position that is expected to last a year and a half.

responsibilities:
- Design and develop mechanical systems with emphasis on fluidics and thermal performance.
- Develop and perform tests on components and systems to investigate issues in hardware, control systems or software.
- Support quality and reliability efforts, including DFMEA, test planning, instrumentation, Design of Experiments and data analysis.
- Collaborate cross functionally with software, electrical, manufacturing, and non technical teams.
- Create and maintain 3D models and engineering drawings using CREO, and manage engineering changes via Windchill.
