A Process Engineer is needed for a leading manufactruing organization outside of Greenville, SC. The Process Engineer is responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows and implement design improvements that enhance product quality and reduce operational waste. Your efforts will be central to maintaining high-performing manufacturing systems during this period of rapid expansion.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering and possess at least five years of experience within the HVAC or a releated industry. Proficiency in CAD software and a deep understanding of manufacturing quality standards are required to succeed in this role. We are seeking a safety-minded team player with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges. Relocation is available for qualified candidates.

- Develop and refine manufacturing methods and equipment procedures according to engineering specifications.
- Specify machinery requirements and collaborate with vendors to select and install new production equipment
- Design testing methods and quality standards to ensure product excellence and process stability
- Troubleshoot production issues by partnering with R&D and Quality teams to resolve technical bottlenecks
- Generate technical documentation, including Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control Plans, to track performance
- Provide training and guidance to technicians and assembly line workers on new procedures and tools
