Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Strategy & Consultation: Partner with the sales team to evaluate customer opportunities and machine assessments, developing complex turnkey proposals and manufacturing processes.
Turnkey Solution Implementation: Lead the full lifecycle of project execution-developing cutting programs, tooling, and fixturing solutions to meet rigorous cycle-time targets.
Technical Sales Support: Deliver high-impact product demonstrations, technical presentations, and precision time studies that highlight product strengths and differentiators.
Liaison & Communication: Act as the primary technical point of contact between customers, sales teams, and internal engineering during every phase of project implementation.
Training & Mentorship: Coordinate and lead advanced customer training sessions on programming and applications to ensure long-term client success and satisfaction.
