Lead a team of quality professionals to develop their career paths, manage overall Product process from end-to-end, and serve as primary quality contact for various customers. 10% travel nationally and internationally. responsibilities:
- Manage global team of quality professionals through regular 1:1s and career development
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage global quality control processes
- Oversee product evaluation process from intake through final disposition
- Lead root cause investigations using various problem-solving methodologies
- Partner with lab supervisors to prioritize technical testing and analysis
- Validate NPD quality requirements to meet product launch
- Drive quality improvement through DFMEA, PFMEA and design reviews
- Develop and maintain tracking systems for product details and management policies
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering
- 10+ years in Quality Engineering
- 5+ years in supervising teams
- MS Office, Minitab, Power BI
