In this role, you will be the primary lead for workforce management and operational efficiency, serving as a critical bridge between production floor data and payroll accuracy-ensuring that every labor hour is precisely mapped to its corresponding engineering project code. responsibilities:
- Perform daily reviews, entries, and approvals of employee timecards using Kronos. Proactively resolve discrepancies to ensure 100% payroll accuracy.
- Utilize SAP for labor and production tracking. Ensure all technician hours are correctly attributed to specific engineering project codes and maintain strict compliance with labor regulations
- Maintain real-time overtime charts for the assembly and bonding teams. Prepare weekly and monthly trend reports for management review to assist in strategic workforce planning.
- Provide high-level clerical and data-entry support for department leadership, managing the critical flow of information between the production floor and the back office.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative or workforce coordination experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or aerospace environment
- Proven ability to navigate enterprise-level software Kronos and SAP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to resolve attendance-related conflicts professionally
- strong skills in Microsoft Excel for tracking trends and generating operational reports.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills; must be comfortable interacting with both shop floor and engineering management.
- Ability to resolve attendance-related conflicts and labor discrepancies with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
- The ability to manage complex, multi-layered tasks in a fast-paced, high-tech production environment
