A Maintenance Lead is needed for a leading manufacturing organization in the Southwestern Atlanta metro area. The Maintenance Lead will oversee a team of technicians. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of our form, fill, and seal machinery while providing technical guidance and operational support. This leadership role is vital for maintaining production efficiency and fostering a high-performance mechanical team.
Candidates must possess at least 2+ years of experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment, specifically focusing on troubleshooting and repairing form, fill, and seal systems. This position requires the ability to work a 12-hour night shift, though you must be available for up to one month of initial training on the day shift. This is a direct-hire role.

responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all production goals and safety standards are met
- Maintain and repair a diverse range of form, fill, and seal equipment to minimize downtime
- Perform Preventative Maintenance alongside predictive maintenance tasks to extend machinery lifespan
- Diagnose Root Causes of complex mechanical failures and perform intricate repairs on electrical systems
- Support Machine Operations by assisting the floor team with equipment setup and real-time adjustments as needed
- Coordinate Shift Training and ensure seamless handovers between the day and night maintenance crews
