- Lead complex survey projects & mentor junior team members
- Work with AutoCAD Civil 3D & develop expertise in platting & staking

responsibilities:
- Develop and manage complex survey projects, including platting, boundary/ALTA surveys, and topographic surveys
- Create accurate and detailed linework and drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Plan and execute staking locations for commercial and residential projects
- Lead and mentor junior surveyors and technicians as needed
- Conduct quality checks on survey data and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project deliverables meet requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
- Identify and implement process improvements for survey workflows and quality control
- Represent the company in client meetings and on-site visits as needed
