Our client is expanding its data center construction team in Dallas and is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to help lead the delivery of complex, mission-critical projects. This role is part of a strategic growth initiative focused on building a high-performing team capable of executing large-scale data center work nationwide. The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in shaping project standards, driving execution excellence, and supporting the continued expansion of this specialized division.

responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of mission-critical construction projects from planning through completion
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial reporting
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
- Drive schedule adherence, quality control, and safety performance
- Support preconstruction planning, cost management, and risk mitigation
- Maintain client communication and stakeholder alignment
- Help develop and implement best practices for data center project delivery
- Mentor junior project staff and foster a high-performance team environment
- 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- 3+ years of recent data center construction project management experience
- Proven ability to manage large, complex projects through full lifecycle delivery ($100+ Million)
- Financial management and contract administration skills
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
