Our client, a leader in the manufacturing of medical devices, is looking for a mechanical engineer. Key qualifications include, A minimum of 5+ years working experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Mechanical , System Design, Hardware Engineering. CAPA experience is required. This position is a hybrid role 3 times a week in the New Kensington office.

responsibilities:
- Design & Development: You translate engineering requirements into robust, manufacturable mechanical components for medical devices, handling the process from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
- Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: You resolve complex system-level mechanical issues and lead cross-functional efforts to prevent production delays while enhancing product durability.
- Strategic Sourcing: You are responsible for evaluating and selecting materials, components, and suppliers that balance performance needs with cost and manufacturability goals.
- Validation & Compliance: You develop and execute rigorous testing and validation plans to ensure all designs meet safety, reliability, and strict regulatory standards.
- Process Leadership & CAPA: You drive continuous improvement by mentoring junior engineers, applying industry best practices, and executing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) within the R&D scope.
