A Planner Scheduler is needed for an engineering consulting company in the Cincinnati, OH area. This role involves leading the development and maintenance of complex project schedules using Primavera P6, focusing on CPM analysis, interactive planning sessions, and earned value reporting to ensure on-time delivery.

responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules to ensure project timelines are met.
- Analyze schedule performance and provide expert recommendations for mitigation and recovery strategies.
- Lead and facilitate Interactive Planning (IAP) sessions with stakeholders to build integrated project schedules.
- Utilize Primavera P6 as the primary tool for high-level scheduling and data management.
- Apply a deep understanding of EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) processes and deliverables.
- Assist in tracking project progress through Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies.
- Provide data and insights for monthly project controls reporting to keep management informed.
- Communicate effectively across various departments to align engineering procedures with construction milestones.
- A good understanding of engineering process, procedures, and deliverables.
- strong communications skills.
- Skilled in Primavera P6.
- BS in Engineering or Construction Management, or related field.
- At least 5+ years of Planning / Scheduling experience in an EPCM environment.
- Experience may be used as a replacement.
