Top engineering firm in Fort Worth, TX is adding a Senior level Structural Engineer to the growing team. This role requires a licensed Senior Structural Engineer to lead complex projects from initial concept through to ribbon-cutting. This isn't just a design role-you will be the bridge between technical excellence and business growth. You will own the design lifecycle, manage multi-million dollar budgets, and mentor the next generation of engineering talent. High Voltage and EPC experience needed along with a PE in this onsite role with room to accelerate your career.

responsibilities:
- Project Leadership & Design Management: Lead the full structural design lifecycle-from initial concept to final completion-ensuring all non-standard, complex engineering solutions meet project requirements, industry codes, and client specifications.
- Technical Procurement & Vendor Oversight: Manage the technical lifecycle of structural equipment, including developing RFQs and data sheets, performing bid analysis, and overseeing vendor drawing reviews to ensure seamless multi-disciplinary integration.
- Project Controls & Financial Accountability: Drive project success by defining scope, budgets, and schedules while managing cost proposals, change orders, and financial performance reporting to meet firm-wide targets.
- Quality Assurance & Construction Administration: Spearhead the QA/QC process by auditing CAD production drawings and providing expert field oversight, including material testing, inspections, and the resolution of complex installation issues.
- Business Development & Team Mentorship: Foster long-term client relationships and identify new market pursuits while providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff to elevate the practice's standards.
