A CAD Design Technician is needed for a multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company, whose areas of business include pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare products, agricultural chemicals, seeds and biotechnology products in the Creve Coeur, MO area. This role is responsible for creating complex 2D/3D electrical schematics, control systems, and wiring documentation to support engineering and manufacturing projects.

responsibilities:
- Utilize CAD software to develop comprehensive 2D and 3D models for engineering and manufacturing.
- Collaborate directly with the Electrical Engineer to produce detailed design documentation.
- Draft electrical power and control wiring schematics and instrumentation loops.
- Design and document cable tray layouts and specific electrical details.
- Maintain and update accurate cable schedules for project tracking.
- Apply a solid understanding of electrical design principles and manufacturing processes to all models.
- The CAD Design Technician uses computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed 2D and 3D models for engineering and manufacturing projects.
- This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of electrical design principles, and manufacturing processes.
- AutoCAD experience required.
