Leading EPC firm is looking to add a Project Controls Specialist that focuses on cost to the growing team in Conshohocken, PA. This role will oversee the technical and financial health of large-scale projects. In this position, you will be the architectural backbone of project execution, ensuring that schedules stay on track and budgets remain precise through sophisticated data analysis and strategic planning. Onsite role and P6 is preferred.

responsibilities:
- Schedule Development & Analysis: Design and maintain complex project schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM) techniques, including logic ties, resource loading, and "what-if" scenario modeling.
- Cost Control & Forecasting: Manage the full financial lifecycle by developing cash flows, monitoring Earned Value Management (EVM), and overseeing change orders to ensure accurate project forecasting.
- WBS & System Integration: Establish the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and manage project setup within Enterprise Planning software to track engineering, procurement, and construction milestones.
- Reporting & Data Integrity: Generate and present comprehensive performance reports, progress curves, and logs to provide the Project Management Team with actionable data for decision-making.
- Audit & Quality Assurance: Perform field audits, material takeoffs, and quality inspections to validate reporting accuracy and support both internal compliance and external audits.
