responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project management and preconstruction teams during project startup to establish budgets, align on straegy, and ensure engagement of qualified and competitive trade partners
- Contribute to the development and implementation of project pricing and execution strategies from early design through final bid
- Review drawings, specifications, and addenda to identify scope requirements, track revisions, and ensure all necessary trades are accounted for in the estimate
- Support pre-bid planning efforts including strategy meetings, site visits, preparation of bid packages, and coordination to ensure complete subcontractor coverage
- Develop estimates during conceptual, schematic, and design development phases, providing cost feedback as designs evolve
- Prepare detailed construction document estimates and compile final pricing proposals
- Bachelor's degree in construction management related field
- 7+ years of estimating or construction management experience
- Confident, articulate and professional with a thoughtful approach to communication
- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and Onscreen
- Preferred experience with BuildingConnected and 10000ft
