A QA/QC Program Engineer is needed for an American social media conglomerate corporation in the New Albany, OH area. This position requires 5+ years of mission critical experience to oversee the entire quality lifecycle from design review and commissioning to on-site auditing and cross-functional leadership.

responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor quality program metrics to evaluate project performance and address negative trends with root cause analysis.
- Lead and coach on-site partner construction QA/QC teams, providing training on quality procedures and responsibilities.
- Act as the primary interface for quality coordination between design, construction, facility operations, and general contractors.
- Audit staff and subcontractor activities to ensure strict conformance with established QA/QC procedures.
- Review MEP submittals and design documentation to ensure compliance with quality manuals and company standards.
- Create and approve quality documentation (Levels 1-5), including construction quality procedures (CQPs), checklists, and test plans.
- Verify the implementation of corrective and preventive actions for project non-conformances and quality issues.
- Review commissioning scripts (Levels 4 and 5) and assist in the oversight of energization and start-up schedules.
- Manage the closure of open issues within BIM360 and escalate outstanding items to maintain project timelines.
- Perform on-site visual inspections and Factory Witness Tests (FWT) for both owner-furnished and contractor-furnished equipment.

- Experience in civil/structural, building envelope, mechanical, electrical, and I&C disciplines.
- Experience leading QA/QC and Cx programs.
- Experience in contractor, consultant and vendor management.
