An Assistant Electrical Superintendent to join our operations team for a leading construction organization outside of Columbus, OH (near Conesville). This role is essential for overseeing the successful coordination, installation, and commissioning of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will provide critical leadership to trade partners to ensure project delivery meets the highest quality and safety standards.
Candidates must possess at least 5 years of commercial construction experience, specifically managing sophisticated MEP infrastructure like data centers or airports. Candidates must have the technical expertise to manage large workforces and solve complex field engineering challenges and a familiarity with QA/QC and commissioning protocols. This is a direct-hire role, with auto allowance, and a driving stipend for those commuting more than 40 miles. Relocation is available for qualified candidates.

responsibilities:
- Oversee all system installations to ensure strict compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Provide direct oversight and leadership to MEP trade partners and equipment vendors throughout the construction lifecycle
- Assist in developing project schedules while rigorously supporting the Energy Control and Safety Program
- Manage punch lists and resolve field engineering issues promptly to maintain project momentum
- Facilitate start-up and commissioning activities to ensure all systems are fully operational and
- Maintain proactive relationships with clients, designers, and project teams from pre-construction through close-out
