responsibilities:
- Maintain, monitor, and integrate project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Evaluate and support business unit input for financial and business planning data.
- Capture specific business requirements.
- Create templates and worksheets to facilitate data input from business units.
- Convert or reformat data into required technical formats.
- Coordinate and participate in stakeholder meetings and technical design sessions.
- Develop transition plans in consultation with Change Collaboration and Transition Managers.
- Coordinate with departments such as Distribution Customer Operations, Energy Resources, and IT.
- Monitor transition progress and identify potential risks.
- Escalate critical issues and communicate risks to project leadership.
- Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with audits.
- Record and maintain meeting minutes and project management documentation.
- Maintain deadline and milestone reports for the organization.
- Prepare presentation materials for various meetings.
- Print rally room materials and project posters.
- Support project engineers with submittals, RFIs, and drawing management.
- Experience in project scheduling or project administration.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Proficiency in using computers for a wide variety of professional tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and administrative procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field of study.
