A Recruiter is needed for one of the world's largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products. Remote work. This position is responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent for aircraft interior teams while acting as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders.

responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring leaders to translate business needs into compelling job descriptions.
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing through to the final offer.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies and proactive talent pipelines for professional and production roles.
- Provide market insights and recruitment best practices as a trusted advisor to the business.
- Deliver a transparent and engaging candidate experience through timely communication.
- Collaborate with HR on compensation, compliance, and onboarding processes.
- Manage real-time data accuracy and compliance within the Workday applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate interview logistics and support hiring teams across geographically dispersed locations.
- Ensure all hiring activities align with local, state, and federal employment laws.
- Experience recruiting with Indeed and other social media channels.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record partnering with hiring managers and delivering top talent quickly and efficiently.
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize a high requisition load in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the business.
- strong working knowledge of MS Office suite to include Excel and PowerPoint.
- HS Diploma/Equivalent plus 6+ years relevant experience or
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience including acting as a full lifecycle Recruiter/Talent Advisor in corporate and/or agency recruiting environments.
