A Product Coordinator is needed for a multinational corporation that is involved in the design, development, manufacturing, and worldwide marketing and sales of athletic apparel, equipment, accessories, and services in the Beaverton, OR area. This logistics and product coordinator is responsible for managing high-volume footwear sample shipments while transitioning into product development.

responsibilities:
- Manage daily shipment coordination for NSW Icons, Lab, Energy, and product testing categories.
- Execute the manual sorting, opening, and distribution of box contents twice daily.
- Build and organize designated holding boxes for marketing, design, and merchandising teams.
- Oversee the end-to-end sample management process for engineering and material development.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to track down and retrieve missing packages.
- Resolve mis-shipments by identifying correct recipients and arranging interoffice transfers.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and high level of communication to explain complex processes.
- Support footwear design and development projects as part of long-term contract goals.
- Apply a passion for sneakers and footwear construction to support engineering teams.
- Provide clear examples of organizational methodologies and problem-solving during the project.
Edcuation: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
