Full time- Direct Hire- Master Production Scheduler is needed for a client near Elyria, OH. Client is seeking a candidate from a fast paced manufacturing environment with production scheduling/production planning background. Client is offering a base salary + 10% bonus and full benfits/401 K. Day shift position.

responsibilities:
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and reviewing all activities related to production planning and scheduling to meet customer requirements
- Evaluate capacity and resource availability to ensure production schedules are achievable and cost-effective
- Analyze available data to identify trends and bottlenecks, and to make informed scheduling decisions
- Revise schedules as needed based on priorities, material availability, and resource constraints
- Establish priorities for customer orders and communicate changes to internal teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction
- Proactive external customer communication (keep lines of open communication through changes)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, sales and production teams to resolve issues and maintain schedule integrity
- Drive improvements in scheduling and production control
- Develop and run reports as needed
- Perform other duties as required
