A Project Manager is needed for a leader in the world of Technical Services and Engineering in the Boise, ID area. This role will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, including financial profitability, scope management, and team leadership, while reporting directly to the owner's team.

responsibilities:
- Direct and manage projects up to $250M from inception to completion.
- Ensure all project elements remain on schedule and within or below budget.
- Take full accountability for project profitability, including revenue forecasting and labor costs.
- Manage all financial aspects, including invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Develop and execute Project Management, Health and Safety, and QA/QC plans.
- Define project goals and devise specific methods to achieve client objectives.
- Negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors while maintaining current change orders.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop career plans for direct reports and project staff.
- Identify staffing needs and participate in the recruitment of key project positions.
- Act as the primary company representative for the client, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Foster client relationships and identify new business development opportunities.
- Monitor technical and commercial performance to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Ability to meet our project management certification requirements.
- Effective leadership skills with ability to perform in a management capacity.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
- Knowledge of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on projects.
- Bachelor's Degree Engineering or related technical/business field.
- 10+ years of related work experience and
- A broad general technical and business background.
