The Office Manager will lead the day- to- day office activities of a multi-shift manufacturing operation. Responsibilities include managing, planning, analyzing, organizing and improving all aspects of the office's functions, including basic accounting, IP support, customer service and payroll/human resources. . The Office Manager will report to the Director of
Operations. This is a high priority search salaried in the $70K+ range!

- Manage day- to- day processing of accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer service and general office administration.
- Maintain and reconcile accounts using company's software system (AS 400).
- Troubleshoot software operating systems with corporate IT assistance.
- Assign and monitor office clerical functions.
- Purchase and maintain office supplies and equipment.
