Leading construction firm is looking to add an experienced Construction Project Manager to the team. This person will lead the strategic execution of single or multiple large-scale projects. This role is designed for a leader who excels at balancing high-level project strategy with details of site operations, contract negotiation, and financial performance. As a primary stakeholder in the construction operations, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle-from initial estimating and risk review to final commissioning and closeout. Onsite role with site travel as needed.

responsibilities:
- Project Strategy & Execution: Oversee daily construction operations and project lifecycles for single or multiple sites, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
- Contract & Risk Management: Lead the negotiation of prime contracts and subcontracts, manage change orders, and facilitate internal risk reviews to mitigate financial and legal exposure.
- Financial & Performance Oversight: Direct project accounting, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, earned value management, and the approval of internal/external financial reporting.
- Procurement & Subcontractor Administration: Manage the full RFP and bidding process, from scope development and prequalification to contract administration, claims mitigation, and closeout.
- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate client and community relationships while mentoring project staff, managing staffing plans, and ensuring multi-disciplinary coordination.
