A Materials Coordinator for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Sandy Springs, GA area. This is a logistics and inventory coordination role focused on managing the flow of materials between the warehouse and contract manufacturers and will be responsible for shipment accuracy, inventory software data entry (Visual Vault), and cross-departmental material support.

responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Operations to process lot releases of inventory.
- Manage monthly freight shipments to contract manufacturers.
- Perform physical inspections of shipments to ensure order fulfillment accuracy.
- Act as the primary contact for all warehouse deliveries and outgoing component shipments.
- Facilitate material transfers for internal departments like R&D and Marketing.
- Generate material packing lists for finishing work orders.
- Execute the issuance of components within Visual Vault following Quality verification.
