Project/Office Coordinator for a global leader in mobility products and services. This role is responsible to monitor open AR, perform collection activity, and propose escalated collection activity.

Required Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- Accounts Receivable experience
- SAP and Oracle experience
- Experience with MRP systems and Microsoft Office
- Excel experience (able to perform functions such as vlookup, pivot tables)
- Experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred

responsibilities:
- Perform AR cash application into Oracle utilizing 3rd party software
- Retrieve daily lockbox transactions and retain documentation
- Download daily and monthly bank activity for all accounts, maintain tracking spreadsheets, and provide information on cash received to accounting team
- Perform daily cash balancing for internal and external bank accounts
