Required Qualifications:
- Project coordination in a manufacturing, construction and / or architectural environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- SAP experience
- Ability to read, interpret, comprehend and organize technical documentation

responsibilities:
- Responsible for prescreen and review of new material requests and processing warranty orders
- Remove barriers that may delay project schedule
- Review quote, order form, surveys and / or booking package for completeness and accuracy of required information for quoting or manufacturing
- Review and make necessary changes to quoted prices based on customer driven changes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data presented for submittal drawings.
- Create and maintain production schedules that meet customer demands and optimize the use of manufacturing resources.
- Prepare accurate, timely release orders to suppliers to assure the precise equipment is delivered
