A Quality Technician is needed for a manufacturing company considered one of the world's leading innovators in materials science in the Keller, TX area. This role combines high-level computer work with physical inspections to manage customer quality notifications, verify product conformity, and support specialized project quality standards

responsibilities:
- Manage and investigate customer notifications (CNs) to resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify root causes.
- Conduct receiving and in-process physical inspections to verify product conformity.
- Use specialized measurement tools and equipment to ensure compliance with standards.
- Document inspection findings and report non-conformances across departments.
- Maintain accurate records and status updates for customer communications.
- Support the Baba Project by monitoring quality standards through all phases.
- Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook for high-volume data management and communication.
- Provide feedback on process improvements to enhance overall project quality.
- Participate in quality-related reporting and compliance monitoring.
Education and Experience:
- Associate' s in science or engineering.
- 0.5 years of experience in quality.
