Technical Service Account Manager is needed for a full-service power plant contractor. The Technical Service Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering long-term relationships and driving commercial success within the Waste-to-Energy sector. You will oversee the full lifecycle of service activities, including the sales and execution of retrofits, spare parts, and annual plant outages. Your goal is to increase share-of-wallet while ensuring all technical projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or a business degree with technical affinity. We require at least 5+ years of experience in service sales or project management, ideally within power plants or industrial environments. Proficiency in contract negotiations, financial forecasting, and working within a matrix organization is essential for success in this role. This is a direct-hire role with approximately 50% travel across the state of Florida. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. This role also carries car allowance and bonus potential.

responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities and lead negotiations for mechanical retrofits, MRO services, and digital solutions to meet revenue targets
- Act as the single point of contact for clients, conducting regular site visits and presentations to assess and meet their needs
- Manage the planning and execution of complex service projects, including shutdowns, overhauls, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with Field Service, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence
- Oversee project performance metrics, track costs, and handle milestone-based invoices to ensure high contribution margins
- Maintain strict adherence to QHSE standards and internal policies to mitigate operational risks and delays
