Key qualifications include, 4+ years of experience in medical device engineering, specifically in automated assembly environments. Proficienct in AutoCAD, Solidworks or relevant is required. A Bachelors degree in engineering is required.

responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Lifecycle: Lead automation projects from initial concept and feasibility through design, fabrication, and full production deployment.
- System Design & Optimization: Engineer and enhance complex automated equipment and tooling to ensure manufacturing processes are scalable, efficient, and high-quality.
- Technical Documentation & Compliance: Develop comprehensive technical manuals, maintenance plans, and validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) while ensuring strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintenance & Reliability: Guarantee machine uptime by executing proactive maintenance strategies and performing root cause analysis (e.g., Why-Why) to implement permanent corrective actions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert and primary vendor liaison, collaborating with internal teams to manage system integration, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
