Construction Manager opportunity located in Fort Bragg, NC, to oversee a high-priority microgrid project. This long-term contract role requires someone capable of managing civil and electrical infrastructure while supporting QC functions. Candidates must have experience with electrical field supervision and ideally some specialized civil experience to ensure compliance with USACE standards.

responsibilities:
- Field Oversight: Direct day-to-day construction of electrical distribution infrastructure, including duct banks, medium voltage distribution, and switchgear installation.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Manage field operations and subcontractor productivity to ensure civil and electrical scopes, such as trenching and concrete encasement, meet project schedules.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure all work adheres to USACE specifications, federal standards, and contract requirements, serving as a technical specialist for civil and electrical features.
- Safety & Documentation: Support Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA) and construction documentation while enforcing EM 385-1-1 (2024 edition) safety requirements on-site.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Participate in site meetings with government representatives and collaborate closely with the project management team to align field execution with mission goals.
