responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle estimating, including building and defending estimates for projects up to $50M+ with incomplete documents
- Develop accurate pricing strategies and present estimates to internal leadership and clients
- Support preconstruction efforts across healthcare, higher ed, and science & tech projects
- Manage and mentor in house estimating team.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis using Sage Estimating and On-Screen Takeoff
- 15+ years of commercial construction experience, including 5+ years in dedicated estimating
- Proven ability to independently estimate and price projects up to $75M
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
