responsibilities:
- Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot cleanroom-based optical ribbon and cable manufacturing equipment to ensure stable operations.
- Monitor quality metrics, resolve complex defects, and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and industry specifications (e.g., ISO, IEC).
- Analyze process data utilizing SPC, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement in yield, throughput, and uptime.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert and provide hands-on mentoring to operators and technicians without direct people management duties.
