responsibilities:
- Guide an electrical engineering team to provide top-tier advisory services, concept-level plans, and detailed design solutions across various market sectors.
- Oversee and develop junior and mid-level engineering staff while supporting large teams to ensure the daily success of project delivery.
- Evaluate client energy needs to execute true life-cycle services, spanning from initial exploration and development to operation, repowering, and retirement.
- Collaborate directly with Client Account Managers and sales professionals to shape strategy, drive business development, and expand Our Client's energy transition portfolio.
- Utilize highly sophisticated problem-solving and communication skills to anticipate hurdles, managing complex energy resiliency and decarbonization projects.
