responsibilities:
- Create and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans for construction projects while providing training and guidance to project staff.
- Perform regular site visits to ensure all work complies with approved designs, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Review and approve essential quality control records, including test plans, inspection reports, and material submittals.
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to conduct root cause analyses for any failures and implement effective corrective and preventive measures.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain detailed quality records and documentation for all project stakeholders.
