responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and motivate production staff, handling all personnel matters including hiring, evaluations, and grievance resolution.
- Develop and manage production tracking and quality control systems to optimize manufacturing efficiency and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with technical and administrative teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production or processing issues.
- Establish strict product standards and maintain detailed production reports and personnel records to ensure high-quality finished goods.
